Get Flagged Product Titles Approved in Google Merchant Center
Google flagged your product titles. Now those products sit limited or disapproved while you edit a feed by hand, upload it again, and wait. SearchAnalysis.io will fix those titles inside Merchant Center for you, without touching your primary feed. Join the waitlist and get your invite before anyone else.

Every Flagged Title Is a Product Shoppers Can’t Find
When Merchant Center finds a problem in a product title, such as promotional text, decorative symbols, or a title typed in capitals, it can limit the product or disapprove it. A disapproved product doesn’t show in Shopping ads or free listings at all.
Fixing it the usual way means exporting your products, finding every flagged title, editing them one at a time, uploading the file again, and waiting for Google to review it. Then doing it all again next month, because new products bring new titles.
You don’t have a feed problem. You have a title problem, and titles follow rules a machine can apply for you.
Fix the Titles and Leave Your Feed Alone
SearchAnalysis.io will change your titles the way Merchant Center is built to be changed: through a supplemental data source. Your fixed titles sit on top of your primary feed, so Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or the feed file that sends your products keeps sending them exactly as before.
Remove a fix, and the original title comes back. Nothing in your store changes.
How It Will Work
Connect Merchant Center
Sign in with the Google account that manages your Merchant Center account, and choose the accounts to fix.
Review the proposed fixes
SearchAnalysis.io reads the title issues Google reports, runs the title engine, and shows each original title beside its fix and the reasons for it. Accept, edit, or reject each one, or accept them all.
Track every product to approval
Accepted fixes go out through a supplemental data source. Each product is checked again until Google shows the new title and the title issue clears.
What Gets Fixed in Your Titles
The same title engine powers Case Changer Pro’s free Product Title Fixer. It applies 14 fixes and flags 3 problems for your review.
Fixed Automatically
- Extra Spaces
- Collapses runs of spaces into a single space and trims spaces from the start and end of your title.
- Decorative Symbols and Emoji
- Removes emoji, stars, bullets, asterisks, and other decorative symbols, while keeping ©, ®, ™, and degree signs.
- Repeated Punctuation
- Cuts a run of exclamation points or question marks, or a repeated mark such as ... or ---, down to a single mark.
- Promotional Text
- Removes promotional phrases such as free shipping, % off, best price, limited time offer, BOGO, and best seller, which Merchant Center's title requirements ask you to leave out.
- All-Caps Titles
- Rewrites a title typed in all capitals in title case, while brand names, sizes, acronyms, and model numbers keep their proper spelling.
- Excessive Capitalization
- Rewrites words of three or more letters typed in all capitals in title case when your title has two or more of them, leaving brand names, acronyms, and model numbers alone.
- Lowercase Words
- Capitalizes the first letter of each lowercase word, so your title reads in title case.
- Capitalized Minor Words
- Lowercases articles, conjunctions, and short prepositions such as a, the, and, of, and in, unless they come first, last, or at the start of a phrase.
- Brand Name Spelling
- Spells known brand names the way the brand does, such as iPhone, KitchenAid, and LEGO.
- Sizes and Units
- Writes sizes and units the standard way, such as XL, 2XL, 16oz, and 500mL, treating units that could be words, like oz or in, as units only after a number.
- Acronyms
- Writes common acronyms such as USB, LED, and HDMI, and dotted initialisms such as U.S.A., in capitals.
- Number Formats
- Keeps ordinals, screen resolutions, dimensions, and decades in their usual form, such as 2nd, 1080p, 8x10, and 90s.
- Model Numbers and SKUs
- Writes model numbers and SKUs that mix letters and digits, or start with a short letter prefix, in capitals, such as PS5, WH-1000XM5, and VG-1000.
- Your Corrections
- Applies a spelling you correct during your session to the other titles that contain the same word.
Flagged for Your Review
- Promotional Text Kept for Review
- Flags promotional text that was left in because removing it would leave the title with no words.
- Titles Over 150 Characters
- Flags a fixed title longer than 150 characters, the limit Google Merchant Center sets for titles.
- Missing Brand Name
- Flags a title that doesn't contain the vendor or brand name from your product data as whole words, ignoring case, spaces, and punctuation.
Everything the Merchant Center Module Will Do
Reads Google’s Own Title Issues
It starts from the issues Merchant Center reports for each product, so you fix what Google actually flagged, not guesses.
Every Change Explained
Each fix names the rule behind it, so you know why a title changed before you accept it.
You Approve Every Fix
Nothing goes to Google until you accept it. Edit any proposed title first, or accept a whole page of fixes at once.
Your Primary Feed Stays As It Is
Fixes live in their own supplemental data source, so the product data your store sends is never edited.
Checked Until Approved
Each fixed product is checked again until Google shows the new title. Products that still have an issue stay on your list with the reason.
Undo Any Time
Revert one fix, or disconnect, and every fix, feed link, and supplemental data source is removed before the connection ends.
Keeps Up on Its Own
Products sync every six hours, with Sync Now when you need it, so new products get checked without a new export.
Learns Your Brand Spellings
Your corrections teach the engine. A spelling confirmed by three merchants joins the shared dictionary, the free Product Title Fixer included.
Every Account You Manage
Connect more than one Merchant Center account, so agencies and multi-brand sellers fix them all in one place.

Picture Your Next Merchant Center Login
You open Merchant Center. The products that were flagged last week show as approved. Their titles read cleanly: brand names spelled the way the brand spells them, sizes in the right form, and no shouting capitals or leftover sale text.
You didn’t export a file, open a spreadsheet, or upload anything again. You read a list of fixes, accepted the ones you liked, and got back to running your store. That’s what the waitlist is for.
Questions About the Merchant Center Module
It’s in development, and no launch date is promised. Waitlist members get their invites first, by email, when the module is ready for them.
Pricing is announced at launch. Waitlist members keep their launch price for as long as they stay subscribed.
No. Fixes go into a separate supplemental data source that Merchant Center applies on top of your primary feed. Your store’s product data stays as it is, and removing a fix brings the original title back.
It works on your Google Merchant Center account, whatever sends your products there: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, a scheduled feed file, or another source. Support for every kind of feed source is being verified before launch. Case Changer Pro’s free Product Title Fixer reads Shopify product exports.
No. It changes product titles only. Other product attributes are left as they are.
No one can promise that: Google decides. SearchAnalysis.io fixes the title problems the engine knows and checks each product until Google shows the new title, so you can see which products still need attention and why.
SearchAnalysis.io connects with Google sign-in and stores the sign-in tokens encrypted. Disconnecting removes every fix, restores your feed settings, and deletes the supplemental data source before the connection is removed.
It goes to SearchAnalysis.io to send your invite and news about the launch. Case Changer Pro doesn’t keep it, and you can leave the list any time. See Waitlist Sign-Ups in the privacy policy.
The same person who built Case Changer Pro, Robert David Orr. Case Changer Pro is a free tool from SearchAnalysis.io, and the two share the title engine.
