Remove Quotes
Quote removal strips the quotation marks that surround a value. This tool trims spaces from each line, then removes one pair of matching straight double or single quotes when a line starts and ends with them. Quotes inside a line and curly quotes are left alone, so convert curly quotes to straight ones first.
